      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain data quality of patron records and complete user-requested updates
      - Audit and map organizational hierarchy among patron records
      - Manage data for direct mail initiatives and processes for undeliverable mail
      - Contribute to policies for standardizing key contact and demographic fields
      - Collaborate with departments to address data integrity and governance issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications, or similar field, or equivalent experience
      - Experience in customer relationship management software, preferably Salesforce
      - Experience in database entry and data quality assurance
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with data processing in high-volume environments
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
