What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze pavement conditions based on drone-captured imagery using the Insights platform
- Make accurate recommendations for repair or replacement of identified issues
- Manage assignments ready for production in the Operations pipeline
- Handle emails and tickets in Zendesk, inspect and annotate images, and prepare professional reports
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working with pavement-type companies and knowledge of asphalt and concrete construction
- Familiarity with the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) is a plus
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Slack, and Google applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in pavement analysis or related field
- Demonstrated ability to produce comprehensive reports in English
- Knowledge of drone technology and its applications in infrastructure analysis
