What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and redline contract proposals, ensuring compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- Assist in updating project plans, meeting minutes, and action items related to Divisional Payer renewals.
- Ensure all contract documents are signed by the appropriate parties and delivered to the Contract Administration team.
- Coordinate with Division PSR teams for credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of hospital and specialty hospital information, including demographics and licensing details.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience preferred.
- One (1) to two (2) years of physician contract negotiation experience required.
- Knowledge and experience in reimbursement and managed care operations.
- Effective negotiation skills and project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft/Google Suite (Excel/Word).

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in physician contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with financial aspects of contracting and managed care operations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial statements and reports.
