What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement new audit concepts and tools to enhance audit processes
- Oversee quality control of audit claims and ensure compliance with client expectations
- Prepare and manage responses to client disputes regarding claims validation
- Review provider contracts and make recommendations based on project needs
- Train and mentor audit staff to improve their performance and audit execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of three (3) years of direct audit experience or four (4) years of related experience in healthcare billing or medical claims
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to mentor and enhance staff performance effectively
- Prior experience in healthcare billing and/or claims

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Datameer and SQL
- Knowledge of Medicaid processes
- Familiarity with industry-based standards and regulations
