What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze claims and member data to identify recoverable claims
- Utilize Cotiviti audit tools for comprehensive member investigations
- Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes both internally and externally
- Identify and solve problems related to errors and overpayments for healthcare clients
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA laws and Cotiviti policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma
- At least one (1) year of related experience in healthcare
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least one year of experience with Cotiviti in roles such as Retrieval Agent or Audit Support
- Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits within the healthcare industry
- Strong interest in working with large data sets and various databases
- Understanding of Cotiviti Core Values and Strategic Pillars
