What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process ACH files and handle suspended files
- Balance GL's/accounts related to ACH settlement
- Conduct inbound/outbound ACH research and resolve error situations
- Answer calls and respond to email and research requests
- Generate daily reports and assist with processing tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of operations or financial industry experience
- Banking or financial experience required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
