      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Read and analyze Medicare/Medicaid data and policy, including proposed and final rules
      - Interpret and deliver business requirements for reimbursement updates and payment policy changes
      - Create detailed Excel formulas to explain complex payment methodologies
      - Coordinate with developers and other team members to ensure timely implementation of business requirements
      - Develop accurate and comprehensive test claims for various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or comparable field
      - 1-3 years of professional experience in healthcare with knowledge of reimbursement systems
      - Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups
      - Ability to collect and translate diverse information into clear written requirements
      - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an agile systems development life cycle (SDLC) environment
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access)
      - Familiarity with web-based research sources and tools
