What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of prior direct experience in a healthcare setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Ten Key Touch
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
