What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately post payments, adjustments, and denials from insurance companies and patients into Denticon
- Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to ensure proper payment allocation and identify discrepancies
- Reconcile daily deposits to ensure timely and correct posting of all payments
- Communicate with insurance companies and stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies
- Assist in managing accounts receivable by following up on outstanding claims and payments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental payment posting or dental billing
- Proven experience working with Denticon practice management software
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, EOBs, and payment processing
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using DentalXChange for electronic remittance advice and claim status inquiries
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
