      This position is eligible to be based in Jersey City, New Jersey area or Las Vegas, Nevada area.

      The Payment Operations Manager manages the day-to-day operational team and business requirements within the Caesars Sportsbook and Casino platform. They will be responsible for training and supervising multiple levels of employees to maximize efficiency and maintain SLA for regular payment operations. The role is crucial to maintain the integrity of real money transactions for Caesars Digital application wallets.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage team of Supervisors, Analysts and Agents, scheduling and deploying resources to maintain a growing number of jurisdictions in US and CA. Ensure appropriate training and resources are available to complete standard reviews for transaction management.
      • Withdrawals
      • Wires/Check Requests
      • Chargebacks/Disputes
      • Fraud Rules
      • Cash Management
      • Refunds
      • Manage process for exceptional transactions, such as bank checks and wires, pending prizes and dormant forfeiture.
      • Produce appropriate reports and complete projects as prescribed by regulators to comply with standards set by jurisdictions. Coordinate with compliance and finance to complete processing and reporting around digital financial transactions.
      • Establish team to monitor, document and respond to disputed payments returned by payment vendors. Prepare reporting to conclude financial lifecycle of disputes.
      • Recommend changes based on data driven results and improved scalability. Utilize new systems and products to automate processes for efficiency and improvement of results.
      • Promote employee engagement through mentoring and team building. Coordinate with broader team to expose associates to wide-ranging opportunities within the department and promote cross training.

      Requirements:

      • 3+ years of experience in payments/fraud in an e-commerce environment. Experience in digital gaming or gambling an advantage
      • Strong data analysis skills and Excel experience at a high level required
      • Ability to problem solve and implement solutions quickly, often coordinating multiple teams
      • Excellent communication, organizational, operational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
      • Previous experience of working in a highly regulated industry
      • Experience of launching and managing a successful payments operation
