What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and oversee the fraud prevention, disputes, and refunds processes for gift card orders
- Monitor payment transactions to identify emerging fraud trends and implement preventive strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that minimize fraud and manage payment risks
- Submit evidence to financial institutions to combat payment disputes and recover funds
- Evaluate and process refund requests for gift card orders in compliance with company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of high-volume payments or fraud experience, ideally in transaction processing
- Proven success in managing payments and fraud data, processes, and vendors
- Experience with payments, accounting, and electronic funds transfer/ACH systems
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with bank dispute resolution and creating compelling evidence for tracking outcomes
- Familiarity with global payment processors and fraud mitigation vendors
