      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the license acquisition process on behalf of the employer, driving a cross-functional team to ensure complete and accurate license applications
      - Assist with lending licensing and global payments applications
      - Manage money transmitter and lending licenses through NMLS and other international systems
      - Manage regulatory examinations and audits of employer's licenses
      - Lead and monitor license renewals, quarterly and annual reports, and required examinations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in compliance or paralegal role for a law firm or tech company
      - Entrepreneurial mindset in generating new and innovative solutions
      - Exceptional attention to detail
      - Strong project management and organizational skills
      - Excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the NMLS system
      - Familiarity with global payments licensing
      - Sense of humor
