Payments Operations Analyst The ideal candidate is a curious, motivated, resourceful, and team-oriented individual who enjoys the following:

The Impact you will make Self-sufficiency is key to success in this position on this expanding team. Experience in, fraud management, onboarding, chargeback responses, dispute resolution and card network compliance are required for this role.
As a Payments Operations Analyst, you will:
- Reconcile payout settlements, chargebacks, and disputes, identifying and resolving customer issues and inquiries
- Provide comprehensive support to both Heroes and internal teams regarding payment inquiries and issues.
- Ensure that a white glove customer experience is provided to our Heroes while still protecting Kajabi's financial interests
- Monitor and analyze daily transaction activity
- Refine and adapt approaches to ever-evolving trends in order to protect the company against risk posed by operations and subscriber activity
- Complete Hero Risk Assessments & Risk Reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with card brand rules as well as mitigate fraud & credit risk.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Attributes for Success - A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer experience, specifically within payments
- A self-starter who has a detective-ish streak and a hunger for answers
- High attention to detail and an ability to multitask
- A highly curious individual who wants to get to the source of anything even the least bit fishy
- Experience working with payment gateways, acquirers, or processors
- Familiarity with fraud detection systems and chargeback management tools.

Pay Range $70,000-$94,000 + equity + bonus
