What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process manual and electronic payment postings for patient and insurance payments, adjustments, and denials
- Locate remittances and payments across various portals
- Analyze and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and prepare bank deposits
- Research and resolve unapplied accounts while identifying trends and issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of prior direct experience in a healthcare setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently in a home-based environment
- Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ten Key Touch experience
- Experience in payment and bank reconciliations within healthcare
