- Locate remittances and payments in various portals
- Analyze and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting
- Research and resolve unapplied accounts and assist team members as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of prior direct experience in a healthcare setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must adapt to work independently in a dedicated home workspace
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills

- Experience with Ten Key Touch
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
