      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create a seamless credit card token transfer experience for customers during the implementation stage
      - Coordinate credit card migrations between previous merchant providers and the employer's payment services
      - Keep customers updated on the status of their credit card migration
      - Establish relationships with merchant competitors to assist in efficient migrations
      - Troubleshoot data issues related to credit card migrations and create documentation for new processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education
      - 3-4 years of experience in payments or related field services software customer service
      - At least 1 year of project management experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with JIRA and Salesforce.com
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
