What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and review vendor payments with sound judgment in daily decision making
- Utilize technical skills to train new starters effectively
- Contribute to the Clinical Development and Finance (CD&F) process
- Manage priorities effectively to meet organizational needs
- Experience with clinical site or investigator payments is essential

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a CRO or Pharma setting with clinical or vendor payments
- Proven ability to use all MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and the host country language
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated experience in grants management or grants planning is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with grants management or grants planning
- Additional language proficiency beyond English
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with clinical research processes and terminology
