What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process payroll on a biweekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards
- Prepare and submit payroll taxes and reports in a timely manner
- Balance payroll data, ensuring all transactions are reconciled and out-of-balance conditions are corrected
- Assist payroll coordinators and practitioners by providing resources and support
- Complete special projects and respond to inquiries regarding payroll policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with HR and Accounting teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Lawson or similar payroll software
- Knowledge of tax laws and payroll withholding regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
