      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze, compute, enter, review, edit, and document payroll transactions related to wages, deductions, and taxes
      - Review and audit payroll reports for accuracy, validity, and reasonableness
      - Collaborate with other analysts to track and justify payroll adjustments and payments
      - Perform troubleshooting and intermediate analysis related to payroll processing
      - Conduct payroll-related research as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 to 3 years of payroll experience
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting, management, or a related field
      - Experience with Ultimate Software products or comparable payroll systems, HRIS, and time management systems
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
      - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a hotel or hospitality industry setting
      - Familiarity with payroll compliance regulations and practices
      - Advanced skills in Excel, including functions and formulas
      - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience in conducting payroll audits or reviews
