What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely, including salaries, benefits, and deductions
- Administer various employee benefit programs and resolve administrative problems with carriers
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
- Provide training to staff on payroll, time and attendance systems, and benefits offerings
- Maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive knowledge of payroll function and employee benefits
- 3 or more years of experience in payroll and benefits, including ADP Work Force Now
- Strong organizational skills and ability to enhance processes for efficiency
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people with a friendly demeanor
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
