What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with onboarding new clients and data migration from legacy systems
- Process and enter timesheet data, updating payroll records and addressing employee inquiries
- Ensure payroll information accuracy and timely compensation for employees
- Track employee calendars for benefits eligibility across multiple clients
- Conduct reconciliations for employee benefits invoices and collaborate with authorities on various requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Recent experience processing payroll, ideally for an outsourced payroll solution using professional payroll software
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with M365 and MS Teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous payroll processing experience, particularly with Gusto
- An analytical mindset with good math skills
- A great sense of humor and passion for people
- Experience working in an office environment with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with handling confidential information
