      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process biweekly payroll and coordinate employee benefit services
      - Manage leave accounting and interpret wage and benefit provisions
      - Provide direction and expert advice to staff and managers on payroll and benefits issues
      - Assist with worker's compensation duties, including managing claims
      - Ensure a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in payroll, benefits, fiscal support, or Human Resources administrative support
      - Experience reviewing, auditing, and resolving data discrepancies
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and report generation
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively
      - Must have access to a private workspace and secure high-speed internet for remote work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using a Human Resources Information System (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday)
      - Experience processing payroll and/or benefits for a large organization (200+ employees)
      - Background in public sector, 24/7, or healthcare settings
      - Experience managing or processing worker's compensation claims
