What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of payroll taxes and regulatory compliance
- Serve as a liaison with taxing authorities and manage complex tax issues
- Supervise payroll tax updates and facilitate root cause analysis for payroll issues
- Support the Mobility team on taxation and payroll process considerations
- Create and maintain standardized processes for payroll and taxation treatments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of related work experience in a high-volume Payroll/Finance environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and tax withholding, remittance, and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated payroll tax activities, including W2 issuances
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided for this role

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience and subject matter expertise with payroll tax and payroll operations
- Experience with Oracle and ADP Smart Compliance applications
- Familiarity with payroll conversions, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
