What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and maintain employee involuntary deductions (garnishments, child support, levies, etc.)
- Complete employment, earning, and deduction statements for local, state, and federal government agencies
- Communicate with employees regarding status and documentation of involuntary deductions
- Organize and maintain files of records and correspondence of both a routine and confidential nature
- Scan and index payroll information into document retention database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs: Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exhibit customer service orientation, accuracy, mathematical reasoning, verbal, and written communication skills
- Responsible work ethic and strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in payroll administration or related field
