Job Description
- Req#: R6198
Provide excellent customer service for employees of PCM. Utilize Salesforce, MS Dynamics Great Plains, and Workday to complete research and reconciliation activities.
Perform individual employee audits upon request.
Research all inquiries from the field regarding payroll.
Process reconciliations for payroll adjustments when needed.
Complete verifications of employment.
Manage reimbursement payments.
Perform quality assurance activities for bi-weekly payroll processing.
Manage all payroll data and support financial audits.
Assist in data entry during high volume times.
High school diploma or GED required
Computer literate for functions of data entry and basic word processing.
Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Experience with Workday or Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented and maintain high level of accuracy on all projects.
