      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process payroll for North America and act as a backup for Latin America’s payroll
      - Manage full cycle weekly and bi-weekly multi-state and multi-provincial payrolls for 1200+ employees using payroll systems
      - Liaise with third-party payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
      - Ensure compliance with tax filing, payments, and reporting for the Americas’ payroll function
      - Collaborate with stakeholders on changes affecting employee compensation and benefits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in handling end-to-end payroll processes for the North American region
      - Proficiency in using ADP Celergo and ADP Global View payroll systems
      - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
      - Exceptional attention to detail for accurate payroll data review and auditing
      - Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with benefits and pensions administration
      - Certifications from NPI, PayrollOrg, or similar payroll associations
      - Understanding of the full cycle hiring process
      - Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
      - Experience in payroll aspects of restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, or global program implementation
