What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage electronic filing of WH & UI Forms, W-2s, W-2Cs, and 1099s across multiple states
- Collaborate with the programming department to troubleshoot and test new state filing systems
- Process ACH transactions and verify client information for accuracy
- Run the auto e-file process for various filing periods, ensuring timely submissions
- Review and approve/deny ACH applications and change requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process forms and transactions
- Technical proficiency with electronic filing systems, W-2s, W-2Cs, and 1099s
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve e-filing and ACH transaction issues
- Effective time management to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination and client interactions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with state and federal tax filing requirements and processes
- Experience in electronic filing systems and databases
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
