What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide complete and successful implementation of HCM software for clients while acting as a subject matter expert
- Conduct group presentations and training sessions to instruct clients on software usage
- Address customer inquiries through phone, video calls, and email to resolve issues
- Investigate and correct errors in implementation cases and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to support client needs and enhance overall customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional consulting experience in implementing HCM software systems
- Minimum of 3 years of specialized knowledge of local, state, and federal laws in payroll and HR management
- Proven experience with HRIS and payroll software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for customer service

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Asure Software or similar payroll systems
- Demonstrated project organization and presentation skills
- Previous experience in conflict management and business analysis
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and teach adult learners
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client needs
