What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide successful implementation of HCM software for clients while serving as a subject matter expert
- Conduct group presentations and training sessions on software usage
- Communicate with customers via phone, video calls, and email to address inquiries and provide product information
- Investigate and resolve implementation errors and maintain records of customer interactions
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to assist with client support and ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in implementing HCM software systems
- 3+ years of expertise in local, state, and federal laws related to Payroll and HR management
- Proven experience with HRIS and payroll software, preferably Asure Software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for customer service

- Familiarity with conflict management techniques
- Ability to learn quickly and teach new technologies to adult learners
