What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide successful implementation of HCM software for clients as a subject matter expert
- Conduct presentations and training sessions to instruct clients on software usage
- Address customer inquiries via phone, video calls, and email regarding products and services
- Investigate and resolve errors in implementation cases and maintain records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enhance client support and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in professional consulting with HCM software systems
- At least 3 years of specialized knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to payroll and HR
- Proven experience with HRIS and payroll software, ideally Asure Software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with project organization abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in teaching adult learners new technologies and processes
- Familiarity with business analysis and requirements gathering
- Previous experience in conflict management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other software tools
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of projects
