      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Manage the day-to-day payroll processing using the Lawson payroll system
      - Serve as a trusted manager and leader of the legacy system during ERP transformation
      - Oversee and assist in biweekly payroll check processing and balancing
      - Maintain accurate payroll data, including employee information, tax withholdings, and deductions
      - Manage employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 5+ years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a healthcare setting
      - Experience with Lawson payroll system or similar enterprise payroll software
      - Familiarity with automated time and attendance and staff scheduling software
      - Ability to generate and run reports in Lawson, including ad hoc reports using Access or other reporting tools
      - Previous experience as a Payroll Manager with Lawson and Time and Attendance system

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Knowledge of API Healthcare Symplr, Kronos, or ADP
      - Experience with union contracts
