      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of payroll processing, including garnishments and preparation of annual W-2 forms
      - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers with timely communication
      - Evaluate department staff productivity and performance, providing coaching and training as needed
      - Design and produce payroll reports using HRIS and timekeeping systems
      - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3+ years' experience with full-spectrum payroll administration
      - Strong knowledge of payroll and accounts payable practices and procedures
      - Experience with HRIS (UKG Pro) and Payroll Management is strongly preferred
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with safety/OSHA procedures
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with new laws or policies surrounding payroll
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related payroll environment
