Job Description
- Req#: DA.F30
- Process incoming invoices, ensuring vendor onboarding, proper coding, approval flow and authorization for payment;
- Reconcile general ledger accounts regularly, identifying and resolving any discrepancies;
- Assist with month-end close preparation and periodic statutory and corporate reporting;
- Address inquiries and resolve issues from contractors regarding the billing process;
- Manage business trips related operations, including expense reports and per diem calculations;
- Monitor purchase orders utilization (i.e. tracking spending against approved budgets).
- Manage the allocation of corporate benefits to the appropriate cost centers, ensuring accurate recording and taxation.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to financial records and transactions.
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in Accounting, or in a related specialization;
- Experience in general ledger accounting, or similar (3+ years);
- Understanding accounting standards;
- General knowledge of VAT, CIT and PIT;
- Knowledge of ERP systems;
- Fluent English and Polish.
- Experience with data analytics.
