What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, audit, and process approved timekeeping records
- Administer payroll processes and cycles, closing payroll to general ledger and sub-ledger
- Calculate, reconcile, and remit federal, state, and local tax withholdings and file tax returns
- Collaborate with technical, human resources, or accounting teams to resolve payroll issues
- Conduct year-end close processes, including W-2 submissions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum of 4 years of recent relevant experience in payroll processing
- Working knowledge of payroll cycle, laws, and regulations
- Ability to compute basic mathematical functions and apply payroll accounting practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
