What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process assigned client base payrolls following established protocols
- Review time files, exception reports, and other reports for accurate and timely processing
- Calculate paychecks from gross to net with deductions
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
- Communicate with management, clients, internal departments, and regulatory agencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and writing skills
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Ability to exceed customer expectations and troubleshoot errors

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- UKG Pro experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Multi-Client, Multi-state payroll experience
- Previous experience in a HRO, PEO, or Payroll Processing Firm
- Experience processing restaurant/tipped employee payroll
