What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate closely with the Development team to ensure tasks are clearly defined and solutions are identified for recurring customer issues
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring software remains simple and intuitive
- Develop and track success metrics for projects to determine outcomes and monitor customer behaviors to identify trends
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across various departments to understand their unique concerns and constraints
- Analyze industry trends and conduct competitor assessments to shape strategic positioning

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of SaaS product management experience
- Payroll or accounting knowledge is essential
- Working knowledge of Agile software development lifecycles (SDLC) and release management concepts related to cloud (SaaS) software
- Experience working with software engineering teams required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships across teams

- Experience working with design and quality assurance teams
- Proven record of successful product launches, including MVP identification and iteration
- Demonstrable data analysis, user research, and product vision skills
- Self-directed and motivated mindset with strong writing skills
