What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform day-to-day data entry and validation of payroll for employees
- Execute automated processes for loading payroll information, including labor and travel
- Calculate and enter supplemental earnings and deductions to ensure accurate payroll
- Review and validate payroll prior to disbursement, troubleshooting issues as necessary
- Assist with payroll testing during implementation projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of relevant payroll experience, or 2 years of payroll experience with an Associate's Degree, or a minimum of 4 years of direct payroll experience with a High School Diploma
- Familiarity with payroll functions and processes
- Experience with enterprise-wide payroll software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of payroll experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Payroll
- Understanding of federal and state wage and tax laws
- Payroll certifications (including FPC or CPP) are preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
