What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process global equity payments and ensure timely payroll processing
- Audit employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain organized employee records for audits and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Identify and suggest improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Payroll, specifically with stock compensation
- Experience with payroll technologies, preferably UKG Pro and Cloudpay
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve payroll discrepancies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Fidelity Equity Platform
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and Public Company requirements
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed
