      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll for 4,500 team members
      - Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions and workflow
      - Audit and resolve payroll issues prior to payroll processing
      - Create and run ad-hoc reports while preparing and loading data files
      - Provide high-level customer service and support to address payroll-related inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong understanding of payroll best practices, taxes, benefits, and compliance with wage and hour laws
      - Minimum of 3 years of payroll, operations, or related experience
      - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to independently research solutions
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Experience with Workday payroll systems
      - Motivated and organized self-starter with strong accuracy and attention to detail
