What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process bi-weekly timecards and assist with bi-weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with deadlines
- Manage all processes in the timekeeping program and maintain HR and payroll data within the HRIS system
- Provide timekeeping program training for new employees and supervisors during orientation
- Troubleshoot issues with the timekeeping system and process terminations in accordance with state law
- Prepare and distribute necessary payroll reports to appropriate personnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience with full-spectrum payroll administration
- Strong analytical, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable safety and OSHA procedures
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with HRIS (UKG Pro) and Workforce Time Management (Kronos) systems is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years' experience in payroll administration
- Familiarity with HRIS and time management systems
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid or remote work environment
