      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process bi-weekly timecards and assist with payroll while adhering to deadlines
      - Manage all processes within the timekeeping program and maintain HR and payroll data in the HRIS system
      - Provide training on the timekeeping program for new employees and supervisors during orientation
      - Troubleshoot issues with the timekeeping system and process terminations according to state law
      - Prepare and distribute necessary payroll reports to the appropriate personnel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1+ years' experience with full-spectrum payroll administration required
      - Experience with HRIS (UKG Pro) and Workforce Time Management (Kronos) systems strongly preferred
      - Exceptional analytical, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable safety/OSHA procedures
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years' experience in payroll administration
      - Familiarity with payroll compliance and state regulations
      - Experience in training or mentoring others in payroll processes
      - Knowledge of wellness program implementation and management
      - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
