What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter payroll data into the HRIS system, including new hires, employee record changes, and terminations
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records, including deductions and wage garnishments
- Review and resolve issues with time sheets, tracking PTO accruals
- Process biweekly payrolls accurately and timely, including federal and state income taxes and other deductions
- Generate reports for management and provide support for audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent working experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience with payroll administration
- Working knowledge of Wage and Hour and Taxation requirements
- Highly proficient with computers, including UKG Pro and Kronos (Workforce Ready)
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
