      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide managed payroll administration services and support for Workday payroll processing to a portfolio of clients
      - Manage and respond to daily cases to meet service level agreements and ensure high client satisfaction
      - Troubleshoot quarter and year-end audit reports, providing recommendations to clients
      - Collaborate with peers and customer teams to effectively support clients and resolve requests
      - Ensure quality and production metrics are met and maintained

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have an Associate degree or higher
      - Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing, research, payroll logic, and troubleshooting
      - At least 1 year of experience with taxes at the Federal, State, and local level
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience with garnishments and a general understanding of garnishment processes
      - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an outsourcing environment related to payroll or tax, as well as familiarity with Workday and Salesforce programs
