What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the designated Specialist for Payroll Administrative customers while supporting additional payroll, tax, and garnishment clients as needed
- Manage and respond to daily cases, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements and high client satisfaction
- Troubleshoot quarter and year-end audit reports, providing recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with peers and customer teams to support clients and resolve requests
- Meet quality and production metrics while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, including end-to-end processing, research, payroll logic, and troubleshooting
- At least 1 year of experience with taxes at the Federal, State, and local levels
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with garnishments and a general understanding of their processing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Experience with year-end payroll processes and W2 preparation
- Strong analytical, data entry, and research skills, with excellent problem-solving and mathematical abilities
