What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide full end-to-end payroll processing support for managed payroll customers
- Manage and respond to daily cases to ensure fulfillment of service level agreements
- Lead scheduled client calls and participate in new client transitions
- Troubleshoot quarter and year-end audit reports and recommend solutions
- Work collaboratively with peers and customer teams to resolve requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing and troubleshooting
- 3+ years of customer experience or proven skills at this level
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance
- Experience in an outsourcing environment, including payroll or tax, Workday, and Salesforce programs
