What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide full end-to-end payroll processing support for managed payroll customers
- Manage and respond to daily cases to ensure service level agreements and high client satisfaction
- Lead scheduled client calls and participate in new client transitions and service area discussions
- Troubleshoot quarter and year-end audit reports while making recommendations to customers
- Maintain payroll services support documentation and collaborate with customer teams to resolve requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing, research, payroll logic, and troubleshooting
- Minimum of 3 years of customer experience with proven skills to operate at this level
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of payroll taxes, intermediate payroll configuration, and payroll compliance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an outsourcing environment such as payroll or tax, with familiarity in Workday and Salesforce programs
