      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary resource for large, complex Managed Payroll Premium customers
      - Manage multiple cases to ensure service level agreements and high client satisfaction levels are met
      - Coordinate and distribute Managed Payroll work across the team
      - Lead client calls and assist with complex Workday configuration of pay components
      - Support Professional Services during new customer implementations as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required at the time of hire or 15+ years of customer service and payroll experience involving end-to-end processing
      - Associates degree or higher preferred
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Strong understanding of payroll processes, procedures, and compliance
      - Experience with complex payroll configuration and year-end support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an outsourcing environment, payroll, or tax
      - Workday Payroll experience
      - Knowledge of multi-jurisdiction tax and payroll year-end adjustments
      - Systems implementation experience
      - Experience with Salesforce programs
