What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll laws
- Manage enrollments and terminations of employee benefits, including COBRA notifications
- Maintain Human Resources Information System (HRIS) records and generate necessary reports
- Assist with workers' compensation processes and manage leave of absence requests
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and communicate policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
- At least 1 year of experience in HR and/or benefits administration
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of formulas and macros
- Associate’s degree with a strong understanding of payroll and Human Resources; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SHRM Certification
- Experience with HRIS systems and analytical reporting
- Strong customer service skills and ability to develop positive working relationships
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Experience in managing training programs or Learning Management Systems
