- Prepare accurate and timely payrolls for multiple clients based on regulations and company policies
- Check employee timesheets for accuracy and make necessary adjustments
- Review and validate payroll reports, resolving any discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of client files and payroll information
- Respond to payroll inquiries from clients and employees

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years' experience processing payroll in a medium to large organization
- Experience with California payroll laws and reporting requirements
- Expert knowledge of ADP WFN or Paylocity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Payroll Professional certification a plus
- Familiarity with multi-client environments
- Excellent math and numerical skills
