What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements
- Collaborate with Ceridian Managed Services on the payroll process
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records and respond to employee inquiries
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Process timecards, overtime, and paid time off accruals
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and finance teams
- Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations and ensure best practices are followed
- Collaborate with accounting for accurate financial reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration
- Professional certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce payroll software and systems
- Familiarity with payroll taxes, wage and hour laws, and benefits administration
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using payroll software and digital resources
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar payroll role
